Back in the day, various dealers did their own personalized thing with cars. Gorries, a down town Toronto dealer had their '67 Black Panther Camaros. The above car is probably something along this line.

Python decals were an offering from Trim Line in the mid to late 70's, so I would bet that was done on a used car lot back then. They look like old Trim Line colors too.
I'm a former Trim Line guy.
