Chuck - your answer as to why they don't cooperate is because they do not have to . How many insurance companies have you seen go under in the latest down turn

? How many have asked for bail outs

? They are very fat and apparently insulated from the poor economy and don't feel the need to address customer needs on such trivial matters which may affect their bottom lines.
