Hey Jeff thanks for the heads up. I haven't been able to find the magazine if you can grab a couple for me that would be great. Thanks to everyone for the kind comments. I guess I have to finally come out of the closet on this car and thank the guy who made it happen for me and tell the whole story.

That guy would be Colin Comer who literally and I mean literally had to beat me over the head with a stick to buy this car. While I was waffling back and forth on whether to buy it he bought it to get it off the market, knowing I would figure it out sooner or later and held it for me while other buyers made better offers until I got some brains. Fortunately for me I figured it out about a month later and he agreed to let it go. Colin had to do almost the same thing with Dave Christenholtz's original paint 69 Yenko Camaro in that he had to keep hammering on me to realize what rare cars they are. Tough to get a Ford guy to see the light but he finally made it happen. There it is finally out of the closet with only two hours left in 2008 no less.

Congrats on the ink Les!

And you are right...that Colin guy definitely knows his stuff. Now, I just have to run him off the go cart track during Barrett Jackson time!
