I was actually dealing with Doug initally then got handballed to another guy Eric, and then the wall went up. I'll keep trying though. Don't have much choice as they are the only one I have been able to find who reproduce the fabric I need not to mention the fact that they charged my credit card the day I placed the order.

Might be worth checking with the folks at Legendary in NY...they may know some quality alternatives...

the other place in texas was called Veterans Trim and Supply..I think?
not sure if they are still around..

I had a bad experience with a company years ago and after a shoot out on the phone about the promises of a refund, I got on a plane with two of my &quot;friends&quot; that evening and was at their door in Florida the next morning.
