That's wrong and dangerous. I don't understand in this day and age why Chevrolet/GM would be making engines that fail that quickly, but, that could probably be said for many of the manufacturers these days. Disheartening to say the least.

I agree and for a person who has owned over 120 Chevrolet's in my life, I don't know that I will ever own another newer than 1972. My 08 HHR was a great car until 132k and then it was one thing after another and the electric steering on all the GM's for the past ~20 years are a very real danger when they suddenly fail too. Had that happen to 3 Chev's.
