Just stumbled across this thread. I also got sucked into the SMS spin cycle. Same experience as all of the others; I was looking for black comfortweave material for my 69Z and they supposedly had original NOS available. Over the next six months of hand to hand combat and after finally reporting them to every available consumer agency and my CC company, I finally got a refund.
