Does anyone know whether in the case of a 1970 L78 with automatic in a Nova Tonawanda affixed a "CTY" yellow engine sticker at the rear of the passenger side valve cover. If so does anyone reproduce the sticker. Thanks Bob

There weren't any engine code labels/stickers on the BB Nova valve covers....I believe that was a Camaro thing

Tom,
Thanks for confirming what i thought. I have the original valve covers on my 1970 L78 auto, with no evidence of a sticker ever being on them, yet see a lot of restos done with the decal.

Dean,is your 1970 an early build date car with a mechanical linkage and a kickdown switch at the carburator? Would like to know how to hookup the wiring on the kickdown switch
