Default 69 LOS Trim Tag info

Can someone please help me with this trim tag on a 69 Camaro I found in a barnyard here in Iowa. I can decipher all but the code that is where the "X" code usually is. I will give you the whole tag info just in case the other digits help. THanks in advance!

The car has AC, PS, AT, and a strange looking bracket off the bottom of the master cylinder. No holes, just a bracket that is bolted on the two inboard nuts of the master cylinder. Not much left of this car.....the VIN tag in the dash has been conveniently removed. That is kind of what has me curious about the car. You don't remove just any VIN do you (unless you have a 6 cylinder car)?
