What part number is in the AIM? And does it say "SCREW" or "SCREW ASM" ?

When a separate washer was attached to a bolt (not removable) it is typically described in the AIM as a "SCREW ASM" - for "assembly" denoting that the part consists of more than one component.

As to length, I could be wrong, but I believe when a washer was attached to a bolt the nominal measurement of bolt length was taken from the base of the washer to the end of the bolt, not from the base of the bolt head to the end of the bolt.
