Steve is correct and to add, in '71 RPO D80 added...

Steve is correct and to add, in '71 RPO D80 added the tall 3-pc rear spoiler and front spoiler to any Camaro. If RPO D80 was not spec'd on the Z28, it would have come with the low 1-pc spoiler...

I believe the letters would be CHQ for Camaro Headquarters. The lid appears to be repop, but difficult to be sure based on the photo. Can't help with the fans.

According to the 1970 Camaro Specifications doc,...

According to the 1970 Camaro Specifications doc, hood insulation was included if equipped with Z87 Custom interior or standard on all SS models...so your car is correct without the hood insulation.

The casting number 3973456N is the same as my 70...

The casting number 3973456N is the same as my 70 Z28 dated B190, but there could have been various machining specs to the same casting number depending on application. I believe this same flywheel...
