I'm sure when you get up into the high horsepower stuff say 500+ , it becomes much more critical. But on the average 300-400hp big block it doesnt seem to matter.I had a dart oval intake on my 600 hp...

I've run rectangle to oval many times. As different as the ports are it will still run unbeleivably well. Oval to rectangle works real well.

I'm gonna go with the rod that attaches to the brake pedal is adjusted incorrectly.i've had this happen on my race car,and when everything heats up it is applying a small amount of brake...

possibly wrong balancer or timing pointer??? if it runs well,doesnt ping, and turns over when hot........crank it up some more!!!! you'll know your close/gone too far when it doesnt crank very fast...
