Appears to be a Stingray based on the frame and the fork profile and the plate on the fork. The kickstand gusset isn’t there but can’t tell if it was removed or an earlier build with one not...

My father had an identical one. Can’t tell you have many transmissions on 2x8’s that thing help roll under cars. And yes, getting one to roll straight was almost impossible!
