First "numbers matching" to a Chevy person generally means the partial VIN on block pad.

Hemi Mopars do not have that until 68 on bellhousing area of block. ...

Cowl tags are sorta worthless also.

Not so on either count with Mopars.

Power valves and accelerator pump were STIFF.
Ran but a little sick.
This is how it was when shee bought it.
Test drive was a little shaky.

Parts taken off 69 L78 to get it running

Car sat for many years and these parts were replaced to get it running for sale.
