Original owner told me he was always adjusting the valves. After His tour of duty in Vietnam, he stayed in the reserves and drove the Z to where he was stationed. He also told me the only reason he sold it was because his son was getting near driving age and he was afraid his son would sneak it out and kill himself because it was so powerful, words right from him. That's what makes this car a really cool pc of history. Both original and 2nd owner still alive and well to talk to.
