1969 Corvette barn find

I stopped by my engine builder to pick up some parts, and this 69 Corvette was sitting out front. long time owner passed on & his relatives brought it to the shop to get it inspected. The shop owner says that it needs a frame in order to pass inspection. So, the family said to sell it. The frame is rusty, but mostly along the bottoms of the side rails. I've seen people plate them to repair, but new frame is probably the best.

Original ontario orange car with black standard interior and black top (nice condition). Running car with NOM that smokes. Brakes need work. Low option, small block, 4 speed. Tag on the console says 350/350, but tach is low horse - so, who knows. Handyman special.
