Default 1970 LS6, M22, 4.10 Chevelle for sale

For Sale
1970 very rare dual snorkel LS6 Chevelle, M22 transmission, CRW 4.10 rear differential. Red with black bench seat interior, vinyl top and no stripes. The car was sold new from Ed Fanning Chevrolet in Aurora, IL in 1970, then sold to Larry B in 1976. Larry passed away on 1992 and his son then took over ownership making him the third and final owner of the car and who still owns it to this day. In 1971 a correct 3963512 service replacement block dated H 31 70 replaced the original block after damage was done at a service station. The original block whereabouts are known today but a deal has never been made to reunite it with the car and this information will be provided upon the sale. I do have photos of that block and stamping. Also available is a notarized letter from the original owner.
This car has lived a good portion of it’s life in the desert southwest. This is an Arlington, TX built car so no buildsheet has ever been found which is common from this assembly plant. An assembly line-sheet with 13637 and M22 listed on it was found in the seat and comes with the car. Current original mileage is 42xxxx and a full comprehensive 14 page inspection report from Rick Nelson, MuscleCar Restoration and Design, will be made available to any SERIOUS buyer.

The car is very original with one repaint and some underhood aftermarket parts though the owner still has most of the original take off parts such as carb, smog, exhaust manifolds, thermostat housing, plug wires, etc. It is still wearing its original and extremely valuable AC Delco F41 front and rear shocks and is driven on weekends to local drive ins and shows and is totally roadworthy with no issues. Rick has personally driven the car and was very impressed by its performance and roadability.

Not a show car but a very nice solid mostly original LS6 that can be driven anywhere. For those that don’t want to pay the price of a fully restored LS6 trailer queen and have one they can enjoy and drive, this is the car. Priced at $135,000. Car is located in Arizona. Call Chad at 952-240-3218
