Default Gluing a dash pad crack

Hi folks, curious if any one has had any luck gluing the rubber on a 69 camaro dash pad? The sides of mine has split and would like to try and glue it back together.

Thanks

I eventually put a new pad on my Nova but did a temp repair on the old one with a small amount of the gasket sealer "The Right stuff"..

it stays somewhat flexible and is very tough, dries to an almost rubber consistency, you might have to tape it down while it cures but worth a shot.
