Default Muscle car museum

Is there a comprehensive list of nation wide muscle car museums open to the public...My wife and I are planning a couple of road trips this summer and would like to visit car places along the way. I haven't seen a comprehensive list.

If such a list does not exist, please post info. on public museums that you are aware of...

I have shown my three kids (2 boys and a girl) photos of private collections that have been posted on various car forums...They have developed a genuine interest in these old cars and want to see more...

I hope that they continue to develop a sincere interest in these old cars to the point where they eventually become active enthusiasts...I hope they are part of the group that will carry the torch after we are long gone...

Any info is appreciated
Thanks

Orlando Cruz

I always enjoyed a stop at the one in Hays Kansas just off the freeway, very neat place some very rare cars and a interesting history all the cars in the collection use to be owned by one man that had the local service station and just came across these cars I talked with him years ago and he had some very neat stories to go along with each car, but I havent been there in 20 years not sure if it's still there.

There is one in Eddyville, KY on I-24 at Lake Barkley. It's nice but it isn't all Muscle, he has trucks and antiques as well. Lots of signs and memorabilia. Phone number is 270-388-1962. Lake Barkley and the Land between the lakes is a nice place to see if your in that area.

And free admission and a test drive facility, from what I've heard.
