Actually, that's a blessing in disguise:. That is actual evidence of his misrepresentation.

I guarantee that the felonious seller's fingerprints are all over that tape.

Remember how you asked him what condition the rear view mirror was in and he said it was in mint, original, excellent, untouched condition? [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/naughty.gif[/img]

Steve.....I wish it was that easy.....I was sort of hoping when I went to the DMV there would have been a legal issue with the New York registration.....LOL....Darn!!

Sorry to hear about this Ken. Friends of mine have bought some cars on Long Island and most of them have had the same type of issues as your car. My friend in CT who sends them over here says to stay away from there, but I guess there are some nice cars there to.
