If you like the Day 2 look. But the car is faithful to the way it left the factory - F70x15 Redlines. Rare color for a 68 Charger R/T: Burgundy

This is for the member here who rightly complains about the front grille "corners" on the 66 Chevelle SuperSport. This one is done right. Almost all the photos I have posted in the last 3 months - were wrong.

----Keith,,,The repro Goodrich (I think) are horrible repros. The originals on Hemi's were, of course, Goodyear and looked more agressive and just better. Still not enough tire, but better than those shown here. Unfortunatly, that's all you can get to approximate the original tires that were supposed to be on all 66 Hemi's.....Bill S

And MANY of those also had the front valance painted body color instead of Argent Silver, EVEN with the paint divider installed... what do those people think that trim is there for ..
Sooo many restoration errors have been repeated over time that they seem to be getting accepted as the norm and correct now.

Goodyears top performance tires were called “Blue Streak”, from their early days in NASCAR as well as other performance offerings they simply said Blue Streak. The blue stripe was introduced circa 1965.
