Default Factory Original Parts? Radio Antenna

I have been told that the following parts are factory originals on my 1969 Nova SS.
Can anyone tell me if they are or not?

The big nut on my camaro had a gm part on the underside if I remember correctly.

That looks like the one on my 69 Camaro. Possibly the same. AM radio?...Joe
