----Actually, really like the orange stripes, original or not. Both this LS6 and "Red Alert" came from Byrne Brothers Inc. Both Baltimore produced cars. Red Alert is slightly later than this LS6 but conceivably could have been delivered on the same truck. I always wondered about the low red line tach in "RA", but knew it was there from birth, and here's another LS6 with a really close ID that had the same red line! You just never know about strange things like this with GM. Never say never!!!....Bill S
