No. I don't see broach marks and I see grind marks. I don't know much about fonts, so I can't tell if it's real or not.

Broach marks on the left look good.
Maybe ground off the suffix and re-stamped just the 3 and the MO?

Grinder marks are definitely suspicious in my opinion.

Looks like the 3MO are a deeper stamp and a different font.

They’re trying to pass off a 210 or 275 hp motor for a z motor.

Looks to me like the curved grind marks were done over the stamps. looks OK to me but someone with a data base of stamps can come up with a close date to compare.
