GM records I have show a total of 15, but those records are only through Sept 69. Must have been 2 more produced after Sept.

He's not selling it. It is currently undergoing a complete restoration.

I follow the Horsepower Depot youtube channel to watch what the Pennington's do with their spec L-88 Corvettes and ZL-1 Camaro.

I was surprised to see this great video with the original L-88 and interview with the owner.

Their race cars run low 9 sec ETs with a lot of mods but with stock tires, exhaust manifolds etc

The 540 cubic inch 69 L88 clone went 9.01 @ 151.10 at Cecil County Dragway, Rising Sun, Maryland. Jordan previously held the record for the class at 9.10 driving his 67 Corvette. Terry put it down to 9.01 last week with the black car. They have both been knocking on the door, trying to get a 8.99 or better for the last two years. It will happen.....

I could be wrong but I believe the number of THM L88s made is actually 15. ZL1 was a cylinder case option for the L88s and was included in the 116 total units just like the L89 was a cylinder head option for 1967 to 1969 L71 Corvettes.
