35K car with 80K worth of problems.

Now I typed this and thought If this was a members ride I would be ripe for a flame job.
But,

This is or Was someone's pride and joy for 30 years (*as claimed by Dealer?) So now a Profiteer Dealer using Ad text: TRUE SURVIVOR & TRUE BLUE CHIP INVESTMENT CAR

This seller is out of touch with the Market (Competition for this vehicle for sale) in my opinion.

Wrong with it: To numerous to List re. Vehicle Content as applied to Options claimed & the inherent 'correct equipment and level of restoration' for such blatant Dealer sales Puffery & claims.

Mods please delete my input if I broke some rules

The engine pad looks to have been ground on?

Engine pad is clearly a restamp.

A set of Cooper Cobras would complete the look.

In the video he says "Yes, a true Z28 X11, 4 speed factory Hugger Orange"

Not a high-quality correct restoration. Would really have to see it in person to judge the body condition.
$79,900 is a bit high for a Non orig engine Z of this caliber IMO.

Trans and rear stampings look okay and dates fall in line with other Z's made in this time period.

Could be a great driver, who knows until you see it in person.

Yup, restamped block.
Body color on the floors kills it.....

I’ve wondered about this car. I spoke to the owner/dealer probably going on two years ago. I thought it was a decent car before they pulled it apart and the detailing and paint on the engine compartment and underside.
