Black 1970 Chevelle SS 396 or SS 454 Automatic

I've got a good friend looking for documented black 1970 Chevelle SS with white stripes, a TH400 transmission, bucket seats and a console. A cowl hood, tach, PS and AC would be a plus for him but not a deal breaker but he doesn't want a car with vinyl top. He's not terribly concerned about born with drivetrain but wants a nicely restored correct car he can enjoy that doesn't need a bunch of work. He'll pay up for the right car and is ready to pull the trigger but every black car he's found has a 4 speed, which he doesn't want since he's 75.
