Default Convertible top adjust

When I bought this car the top frame was not on the car. I had the new top installed several months ago and the joint on the passenger side is about a half inch low. I believe I've tried everything in the Service Manual to adjust it but no luck. The material has had time to "relax" and doesn't seem to be the reason for the sagging. I'm not sure this is the correct Forum to ask for help, but would appreciate any help I can get. Tried to add pics but I guess I don't know how.
Thanks,
Ken
