Default 1972 Chevelle SS 454 LS5 air cleaner non cowl ind

WANTED: 1972 Chevelle SS 454 LS5 dual snorkel air cleaner.

At least I believe it is a dual snorkel. Does anyone have a pic?

Car is also a 4 speed.

Mike, does the car have AC? If not, this is what you are looking for. For 1972, the lid will be black instead of chrome. The one pictured is a 1971 lid.

There is one on ebay at the moment:

If the car does have AC, it will have a single snorkel on the passenger side due to the placement of the A/C compressor interfering with the drivers side snorkel.

Its a Non A/C car so that could be the one.

Mine has a chrome lid. I thought that is how they all came.

They are very scarce, but they do exist. 1972 black lid also lost the decal.
