Default Tired '68 Camaro #s SS396/4-sp

Neat car - never would have guessed it still had its original engine.

Cool to see a blue interior and original stereo speakers still present in the kick panels.

Maybe he meant to say feather seats...since they are from a firebird. :-)

Is that a multiplex mounting bracket on the console?

Some photos of the good and some bad....
original Lemans Blue car, but lots of hidden bondo, cracking paint and lurking rust.

Trunk floor looks great.

Maybe I am mistaken, but isn't this one of the "nicer" beginnings to a '68 BB Camaro that have surfaced lately?

Numbers matching 396, 4speed, and seemingly very complete.

Or maybe I just like blue...

I like it too, but not $38.5k like it.

L34s are pigs from the factory. I know you can make them run decent, but they just don't bring that much money.

Maybe 22k for this one. But then, I am cheap.

It's been repainted. Might need to do some serious looking if anybody is interested...Joe

I spoke with the seller. They've been offered $25k and are trying to get to 28

If it still wore it's original factory paint and there was the rust around the wheel openings and a bunch of dents, I'd like this one. The fact that you don't know what's lurking... scares me.

With a White Hockey stripe and restored it will look great when done, but Sheesh, these project prices, GM qtr's are going to hurt, Motor & Muncie should help.
