RIP Black Panther
RIP Black Panther, Chadwick Boseman...gone too soon (43) from colon cancer.. Through those I've dated, I've often tried to bridge racial gaps, it can be somewhat difficult at times for both sides to see the middle...which is where the majority of us lie. Chadwick Boseman was also a bridge
His portrayal in "Black Panther," was not only entertaining but inspiring to countless people. His character gave us a couple of hours of escape but also served as a positive role model, when sadly there aren't many. His career of portraying other strong positive role models (Jackie Robinson in "42" and Thurgood Marshall in "Marshall") for people of color, also helped be that bridge While I never met the man, everything about him speaks humility (he didn't publicly discuss his cancer), grace, and positivity. I’m horribly saddened by this loss. I had assumed I’d just get an endless string of movies from this man, not realizing he sought out and realized his greatest work AFTER receiving a Stage 3 cancer diagnosis. Amazing man. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=YqxL04IvNrc

I was heartbroken when I heard this last night, he represented the best of humanity. This is a great loss of talent; a hero on-screen and in real life. Wakanda Forever!
