Very cool find! The overgrown property looks like it may hide other treasures.
The wheels are very interesting, and how they got Lola wheels to fit the car.

Those are great pics. Would love to know the history on the owner and the house etc. Cool stuff.

i was stationed in bavaria 1971-1972 with the army at wuertzburg.a lot of the servicemen left their u.s. cars there when they left for other duty stations, some like vietnam you couldnt take your car with you.i remember a 63-67 corvette left by an an officer when he shipped to nam,it was picked clean and in the junk yard of our army base auto shop.u.s. car parts were worth a premium there.

Yes, there's other stuff in there! He was a racer. But more european cars.
I am in the progress to find out more of the earlier owners. Talked to an old guy, who is the son of an Army Commandant who was stationed here in the 50's, who told me stories from his buddy, who had it before in the late 60's early 70's and that he did hillclimb races with it.

Here's the cowl tag.

did you get the NCRS Shipping Data Report ?

the original dealership info may show an overseas purchase or lead to some original owner history

I saved the 70/71 mag article somewhere online a few years back w/ Brit' RAC Saloon Racing Camaro Peter Reinhart of Germany had bought from Penske, looks like a '67 w/ '68 updates but article info/names may offer some help backtracking your car?
Here's a few other European Camaro pics too, don't recall where I saved them either but some appear to be 67's w/ '68 updates also the Blue#33 w/ '68 grille looks like it may be the mag article car w/ sponsor changes and blackened Minilites?
Best of luck w/ your research and Merry Christmas!

~ Pete
