Default 79 Firebird Formula

All the right stuff-W72/WS6 hardtop,Starlight black U&L w custom vinyl int(99.9 pct of Formula's had two tone)G80,NK3 wheel w rally gauges,AC,etc. One of only 367 L78-M21 W66 cars built.Car was XXX ordered from Bob Warren Pontiac in Manhattan Beach CA,still has blue base plates.I could not figure out how this guy was able to order the L78-4SPD in Ca,(back then we were limited to the 403/auto because of strict emissions)until I found the sheet behind the seat.It was delivered to Mecham Pontiac in AZ. and probably driven around the block and sold back to the L.A. dealer as used.(The PHS pack shows Bob Warren Pont as dealer delivered to)Retains the born in driveline, motor, trans rear all rebuilt, car has 96k documented.I replaced the steering box, complete exhaust, and rebuilt carb, new BFG's.It's a bit of an odd duck to some as it was ordered sans D80,but is the second lowest production W72 built next to the 78 Y84(20 units)..infinitely more rare than any SE or tenth anni car.Optioned the way it is in hat trick black could possibly be a one of one Mecham car as they were only doing Macho TA's(still waiting for a call back from Dennis on this one..)Car is a solid #2 fun driver,NO RUST,very presentable-would have no problem entering in local shows. This is the only place I have the car listed. Thanks SYC

Mark...You're welcome. Happy I could help! One question though, why is Dennis Franz from "Hill Street Blues" in the back left of this picture?

Sorry, I just had to do it!

Nice car by the way!
