Bob Riggle
----I'm sad to report that Bob Riggle of "Hemi under Glass" has passed on at 88 years young. A nicer person would be almost impossible to find. I met Bob while at the Hot Rod Reunion at Bakersfield while I was there with Red Alert. He was an Ohio boy like me so we hit it off and became pretty good friends. I went back out to Bakersfield a couple of more times and helped Bob in the pits a bit. He always introduced me to all his buddies and since he literally knew everyone that was a real treat for me. His wife had passed a while ago and I knew he was just devistated and slowed down after that.....RIP, Bob! You are missed.....Bill S

I just watched the video again of the crash with Jay Leno in the car.I didn't know that the HUG was originally built as a race car.Always thought it was built as a wheelstander.RIP Mr.Riggle.
