Info on Citrus Green 1970 Z/28 - aka Green Hornet
Does anyone have any info on or remember a Citrus Green 1970 Z/28 that was nicknamed "The Green Hornet" in a muscle car magazine back around 1990 (street car - not a race car)?
Just trying to do a little research on a local car. Any tidbits would be appreciated. Thanks, Charlie |

Any idea what magazine(s) it was in? I keep all of my old magazines and may have a copy laying around.

Don't really know very many details at the moment...
I believe it was called "Muscle - something" (versus Car Craft, Hot Rod, or other popular magazine names), and may have been around April 1990? It was also a cover car for a Calendar, probably around that time frame as well. Don't get too carried away looking, but I do appreciate your efforts. Charlie |

Re: Info on Citrus Green 1970 Z/28 - aka Green Hornet
Just wanted to say thanks to Mark (Mr.Nickey Nova) for digging up the magazine article and providing me with info on this car.
A friend of mine has asked me to sell off some of his long time owned collection and this will be the first car I will be listing for sale. My intent is to offer it to the kind folks on this site first, and if that doesn't pan out then pursue other options. Hoping to get the car up on a lift in the next week or so and do a thorough and detailed inspection. Once I have all the data I should be able to place a fair price on the car. Supposedly it has an M22 trans, which if original and correct, should add to it's desirability... Thanks again for the help! Charlie
