Master cylinder has no bleeders? Obviously a repo.
Intake bolts are washer type? Upper alt Brkt has extra hole? Carb spring backwards I’m sure the Speedo has 314 miles, maybe the car does too, but it probably has had the engine & compartment fluffed up/maintained as well.
