Default Modeler in need of correct paint color charts.....

Good morning folks, I've been reading and enjoying this site for months........so many incredible cars....so many pictures and info....and I love reading all of the fascinating stories behind these legendary musclecars and Supercars.

I enjoy building custom slot cars (HO scale and 1/32),diecast cars, and plastic model kits from time to time. I'm currently working on a few custom slot cars that I'd like to use the correct color code type paint on..... in particular I'm working on a 1/32 Scalextric brand Camaro slot car.

Does anyone possibly have a link to a site that might show a color sample or name of the paint used on vintage Camaros,Novas,Chevelles,Vettes,Yenkos and Baldwin Motion cars and etc.??? I'm also interested in finding a source for some 1/32 or HO scale Yenko or Baldwin Motion decal sets for some of my projects. I'd just like to build some realistic looking minatures to run on my slot car tracks and for display on my shelves.

THANKS for this wonderful site........

Thanks, Brian

Welcome.
Team Chevelle has a Very good resource for the 1964-1976 GM paint codes & chips here.

Try this:

autocolorlibrary.com

It has any color chip you could ask for.

Rick, I have seen the Model Motoring KO Motion Vette.......I haven't bought one yet though. I do own four of the Model Motoring Camaros so far(including one of the Grumpy's and Yenko).....and almost every version of the Johnny Lightning Tjet500 Camaro slot cars.....which happen to be the 2nd gen Camaro (my personal favorite Camaro really)
