Default '32 3 window update

Two years ago, I posted some pictures of a real '32 3 window being extracted from a garage about 3 blocks from my house.
It had been parked there for 50 years, unknown to anyone.
Since I have already won the Camaro lottery with the story about how I acquired my car, what would be the odds on having me discover this car?

Anyway, somebody suggested that I move the story to the HAMB board, which I did. (As an aside, if you want to have a better appreciation for this site, try posting something there.) Never again.
So, if you'd like to catch up with the progress of the resurrection of a real basket case, here is the link:
http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showt...ule&page=13

The story picks up at page 13. If you have some spare time, start at the beginning. It won't take long to see why I feel the way I do. (There are more good comments than bad, but the bad manners there would never fly here.)
Last time I checked, there were over 37,000 hits on this thread. If one of these guys looks familiar, here's a hint

Stay tuned, I will continue to follow this story, and report back on the progress.

I remember your original post here about that 32....what a great find. Glad to see it's in good hands. Although I didn't read all the first 13 pages of the thread on the HAMB site, I'm familiar with some of the manners (or rather lack of) on that site. I guess you just have to chalk it up to people being very passionate about their particular likes and dislikes....easier said than done though, I know. Have to agree that you have many more lovers than haters following that thread, so post away and pay no mind to the nay-sayers.

I have no idea what happened to my pictures.
Check out my avatar, Lord Tyler. This is the hood that came with the car, and resides at my step sons house. Let me know if you want to see the full size image.
