Your friend has one of the 207 similar to the subject car. Oldsmobile has production records of total W27s installed up to June of 1970 @ 355 units in all qualifying W-Machines so he has a very low production car as equipped. Is his a 4 speed or automatic?

There is a local car optioned like that as well.

1970 F85, W31, M21, W27, special - - paint, history since new, sold new in Ontario, long time or original owner (I can remember)

Owner even have pictures of it at Cayuga.
