It's accepted by some as just a human error but some will disagree. I've got an engine here with the same anomaly but it has a 9 vs a 0. To me, that's easier to buy because it's just one roll of the digitizer and that can happen by accident imo. Since it would happen so seldom, I don't think you're going to hear a lot of personal testimonies, just opinions on either side.
