Lynn, that is an anti-theft measure...
Other than the clear scoop and skinny front tires, it's a really cool looking car.
BUT, where is the speedometer ? Yes, we can learn to drive with the tach, but I've gotten spoiled with a speed meter in vehicles now.

Stalled at $37,800.00.Didn't meet reserve.Not even close to the build cost.
