Default '66 Corvette Convertible, Factory Silver on Silver

Righteous color combo. I'm worried when a dealership refers to a car as "not a show piece" but FWIW it looks quite nice in the pictures, and isn't priced ridiculously high considering what I've seen sell in the $60k+ range.

Dang it, Tony, I should know better than to open these posts... The silver interior is just so cool. It does show normal wear and tear, but the left front headlight/fender/bumper seems a little out of sorts. Possible it got whacked and not repaired as well as it could have been.
Other than that, yeah, gotta wonder what the seller standards are for a show car, but consider the source. Being in CA, and seeing near perfect cars, this may be a ho hum for him. It does need a little more "spirit" under the hood too, but it is a nice looking car.

300 hp/4speed is a fun "manageable" Vette!

----This is a nice tidy little 66. It never would have had KO's on it from the factory. Radio, 4-speed, and possibly tinted windshield are the only options I can see. These certainly would be re-pops. To me the car would really perk up with factory hubcaps, correct width white walls, and a white top. Just my take....Bill S

I was thinking a white top would really go better with the Silver theme of the car too. Not really a fan of KO's or wheel covers, so a set of dark grey spoke TT's and black walls would trip my trigger.
