Default Decode a 67 trim tag

Can someone decode this 67 camaro tag thanks it does have a 12 bolt with the factory tracton bar

What size fuel line is on it?
Does it have a small block heater core or big block?
Does it have a tach? If so what is the redline?

Its a smallblock 4 speed convertable no tach

i am assuming this is a desirable camaro it is a project not a totlal rust bomb non original engine and trans

IMO, by the TT having been removed it will always be suspect as to being the real deal.
