Default OER Stinger hoods ?

Hi, Does anyone have feedback on the OER Stinger hoods for 67-69 Camaros? I see they make them in both steel and fiberglass. Any quality or fitment issues? How straight is the fiberglass hood? Any feedback is appreciated. Thxs

Still looking for any feedback on the quality of the 67-69 OER Camaro Stinger hoods? Was thinking of building a Baldwin-Motion/day 2 type car. I added a pic of the steel hood for reference. Any information on steel or fiberglass hoods is appreciated. Thxs

A member did a 69 Z/28 build a while back using one of these hoods. You should be able to find the build threads by doing a search of the forums

frankk, I did find a post with a yellow 69 Z/28, day 2 type build that used a stinger hood. I think that was an original hood and not one of the OER reproductions. Has anyone used one of the OER hoods, either steel or fiberglass? Thxs

I have used the steel hoods on some of our resto mod builds and they fit very well. Perfect no, but very well. The last ones I bought were 5 years ago, so I do not know if the stamps have worn out.

As far as fiberglass you can purchase from Glasstech and they fit good. Not perfect. Ask for extra glass in order to make the structure more robust. You can also ask to remove the verticle edges if you prefer. https://glasstek.com/chevrolet/

Stefano, Thanks for the feedback, I'll look into the Glasstek hoods. I also found these two pics of an OER glass hood online? Might not be the best option??
