Well you figure original owner owned it up until1982 than sold it to the 2nd owner who owned it up until 2017. The car has 31K original documented miles, than yes the car done quite a bit of sitting. The pictures here show radial tires which were the 2nd set of tires this car ever had. Its now on a complete set of 5 reproduction Goodyear Polyglas E70 15 tires.
Original owner told me he was always adjusting the valves. After His tour of duty in Vietnam, he stayed in the reserves and drove the Z to where he was stationed. He also told me the only reason he sold it was because his son was getting near driving age and he was afraid his son would sneak it out and kill himself because it was so powerful, words right from him. That's what makes this car a really cool pc of history.
Both original and 2nd owner still alive and well to talk to.
