Here are some race cars from the same event. This 63 Impala had a hat injected 545 and was running in the mid 8's. This is actually a wrap and not paint. T. Ausmus had this car at the show.

This 63 Nova had a 500ci big block on pump gas and was running 9.90's. This car was a regular at the US131 Super Chevy Shows since '02 and has evolved over the years. D. O'Connor had this car at the show.

This 67 Nova was kind of a sleeper. It had a bench seat interior with a column shifted Powerglide and was powered by a 420ci small block. It ran 10.40's in street legal trim. C. VanWerton had it at the show.

This 70 Nova had a 565 big block and was running mid-9's off the bottle. It's capable of running mid-8's. I first saw this car at US131 back in '98 and this is another car that has evolved over the years. T. Burks had it at the show.

This clean 69 Camaro RS/SS was running 12.70's. I never saw it with the hood open, but I believe it had a small block.

Here are some pictures from the Super Chevy Show at US131 Dragway in Martin MI in '18. This event was pretty sparsely attended. There were maybe 50 or so show cars and 100 or so drag cars. I'm not even sure if the magazine had any affiliation with the event. This 66 Nova has an LS-1 with a 4L60 transmission. This car is local to me and shows up at all the car shows and cruise-ins in the area. J. Wrigley had it at the show.
