Default No Reserve Auctions '69 174 carrier, GM Heat treated "copo" 4.56 gears ENDS 8/15

This is an Original GM 4 Series posi carrier part EDB 30174 used in passenger car 12 bolt rear differentials. This carrier is used for original GM gears 4.10 ratio and up including 4.56, 4.88, and 5.13.

This one is stamped with date code E26J which is May, 26th, 1969! This is an assembly line correct posi carrier for late '69 production or early '70.

This is an Original GM 12 bolt factory heat treated ring and pinion also known as the "COPO" 4.56 gears.
The pinion is stamped with part number 3916231 dated 1/69. The ring is stamped with part number 3916230 dated 8/70. As a set the part number is 3917973.
These are an excellent option for your COPO tribute, or Day 2 build! This gearset was specifically designed for the highest performing cars produced by Chevrolet including the COPO L72, ZL1 cars!
These gears are incredibly hard to find so don't pass up the opportunity to own a rare set of real COPO gears!
