Default '70 Blazer, Original Paint, Red on Red, Clean Montana Truck

This is the way you want to buy an early Blazer...what a nicely preserved truck. Interior has clearly been redone but the original paint is really the ticket here.

Insane that this auction is sitting at $45k with the reserve not met - who exactly is buying these trucks? Too expensive for the hipster types - maybe the Bay Area tech guys who need a cool ride for the local Cars & Coffee?

Im with you Tony. I follow a lot of Toyota vehicles and can't believe the prices they are getting. I know it is pretty much true with all vehicles.
I see this in the housing market as well, but wonder when it is going to go the opposite direction.........soon I suspect.

The day of reckoning is coming soon, just sit tight. Looking forward to pre-covid normal pricing again.

When these rigs are dialed in right - and let me confirm this takes time and money - but with the right lift, shocks, springs, wheel alignment, wheels/tires, bearings/brakes/universals, balanced driveshafts, clutch, 4x4 service, etc... they really make killer cruisers, especially the manuals. While timing wasn't right for us to keep our former Blazer, we had a lot of fun with it and we never had a moment to take the top off. I can't speak to value of this one as there is a lot of hidden rust, but it seems like a halfway decent truck - options and colors are right.

I believe the reserve has not been met because there are no bids yet. Nice truck.

That looks like A LOT of rust to me. Ridiculous open bid ask.

Trucks are simply white-hot right now, and the color scheme will probably get someone excited even at this crazy level.
