To be clear: no question that is NOT a Yenko COPO. It would appear the VIN list is in error.
Triple blue - would have been a good color combo!

'

Never a 9560/9561 car but the NCRS report could still come back Yenko if Vin from inventory added to one of Don's 'lists' which if so, could still offer some chance of conversion car possibilities?
Considering eBoy Auction lingo used, the seller seems somewhat knowledgeable so has probably already gained the NCRS Dealer info but w/ auction including 'do your homework' statements + no mention of NCRS reports could indicate a Non-Yenko result?

List, chance, conversion, typo. Scary part is if someone got ahold of this car a long time ago and rebodied it with a cowl car body and restored it correctly , it would be a certified documented legit 427 yenko camaro .

Car would still need NCRS report showing Yenko Chev delivery. The group on this site is pretty tough on cars that just “show up”. The ZL-1s that showed up in Canada didn’t get much love.

Playing devils advocate, say it is a yenko delivered car from ncrs paperwork. Does that prove it wasnt a run of the mill camaro x11 that just happened to be a yenko dealership car and erroneously got on a list ??

Is that a “cold air” (cowl hood) firewall? Seller admits outside heater box is wrong, but study the picture of what’s left of that firewall.....
And that triple blue sure isn’t color code #57.....

Maybe that’s what the seller is banking on now.

If it was a fully converted Yenko shouldn't it have the Yenko tag with the Yenko number rivited in the door jam?

The 1969 Yenko Camaro’s didn’t get a YS number rivited to the door jamb.
