Eastown Chevrolet NOS dealer emblem LONDON ONTARIO Chev Olds 85783
Hi Gang, another super rare find here from London, Ontario.
An NOS dealer emblem from EASTOWN chev olds. It's metal and is in new (50 + years old now though) condition but is not PERFECT but more than presentable for these throw away advertising emblems. Many detailed photos below - the special green paint is intact and not faded and the original double sided tape is present, but I'm not sure how viable it is anymore. It does show a tiny bit of oxidation from just sitting - that will clean up maybe or will certainly make a superior candidate for replating & repainting if you want something PERFECT, but, IMHO, this is not that emblem; this is for use on a survivor. I wouldn't hesitate to run it as is on my car or any vehicle; it presents very nicely. If you have a car from this dealer, this is for you. Or if you're a collector of rare ( Canadian ) dealer emblems, this would be a great wall hanger or for a poster board at a show... I've added several up close photos to present it as honestly as possible. And while I'm at it, I do want to say, it presents in real life better than in these photos. You will not be disappointed, I feel. The paint pops. - These all came in green as I recall. This dealer was on Dundas Street just East of Highbury Road and their GM of Canada dealer code was 85783. Not an easy find these. 300.00 PPG with USPS priority shipping in the US Extra Postage required if repatriating this back up North of course.

What a beauty also rare piece, have you hooked up w/ any existing Eastown car owners yet? I believe there’s an Eastown delivered ‘66 L79 Nova, a ‘67 Beaumont SB Post also ‘67 L34 Malibu out there + more..  ~ Pete .
