Default Camaro Documentation

A friend of mine has a 2010 Camaro Pace Car that he is the second owner of. He is trying to acquire documentation from Chevrolet for his car reference the low production number and how it correlates to his VIN. He was told he needs to get this from Chevrolet corporate. He has tried a couple avenues but has had no luck.

Does anyone know how he can go about doing this???

Thanks for the help...

Rich
